The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has teamed up with Ubitricity and Ovo Energy to run a trial of 50 electric vehicle charging points in streetlighting columns.
The sockets are being installed next to pay and display parking bays. The trial runs to the end of May next year.
Users can choose from one of two pricing options:
