West Yorkshire Combined Authority has appointed consultants to help prepare a growth strategy to capitalise on HS2 serving Leeds.
The strategy is being developed in two phases. Lead advisors for phase one are: Deloitte (economy); Arup (skills and supply chain); Cushman and Wakefield (funding and finance); Atkins (developing the Yorkshire hub – Leeds station); Mott MacDonald (Leeds South Bank infrastructure plan); and Deloitte (growth strategy drafting).
