Transport Scotland has shortlisted four bidders to design the dualling of a 26 mile stretch of the A96 from east of Huntly to Aberdeen: AECOM; an Amey Arup joint venture; an Atkins WSP joint venture; and Jacobs UK. The contract, worth up to £50m, should be awarded later this year. The Government wants to complete the A96 dualling between Inverness and Aberdeen by 2030....
