A new social enterprise company could be set up by next April to plan Northamptonshire’s passenger transport including tendered services and specialist services for education and healthcare.
Northamptonshire’s cabinet will receive a report in January that is likely to recommend establishing a Community Interest Company (CIC) to oversee passenger transport services.
