Automated vehicles could fuel low carbon pathway

AUTOMATED VEHICLES could help the Government decarbonise road transport, academics have suggested.

Researchers from the Institute for Transport Studies at the University of Leeds have examined the possible linkages between automated vehicles and low carbon policies in a report for the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership.
