Network Rail this week proposed a revised timetable for delivering its rail enhancement programme, following chairman Sir Peter Hendy’s review of its affordability and deliverability (LTT 27 Nov 15).
The proposals have been published for consultation in a 170-page report, released as LTT closed for press. From our initial reading of the report, the following appear to be the completion/operation dates for some of the highest profile projects:
