Boroughs angered as Mayor courts green vote with cycling vision

Cycling and walking issues have been promoted to the top of the London mayoral election campaign after mayor Ken Livingstone pledged to set up a huge central London bike hire scheme, create cycling corridors for commuters, and walking and cycling zones in inner and outer London.
