Chilterns alarmed by plan for HS2 spoil

The Chilterns Conservation Board has criticised the Government’s plan to “dump” more than 12 million tonnes of spoil from the London-West Midlands high-speed line in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
