The DfT has awarded consultant Royal Haskoning DHV (UK) and Phil Jones Associates the contract to study the feasibility of building a cycleway in the corridor of High Speed 2 from London to the West Midlands and onwards to Manchester and Leeds (LTT 01 Nov).
