High-speed rail opposition group the HS2 Action Alliance has raised the necessary funds to take its judicial review of the scheme to the Court of Appeal. The group lost all bar one element of its initial case in March (LTT 22 Mar).
The £100,000 necessary to enable HS2AA to go to the Court of Appeal means the case will now be heard on 10 June.
