Edinburgh ponders station taxi puzzle

Network Rail and the City of Edinburgh Council are studying how to operate a taxi stacking area outside Waverley station. The stacking area is part of a wider plan to change station access arrangements for vehicles, to minimise the risk of terrorists driving a bomb into the station concourse area.
