Councils slow to embrace electric vehicles

Many local authorities across Britain are doing very little to promote the uptake of electric or other low carbon vehicles, the RAC Foundation said this week.

The Foundation commissioned consultant SKM Colin Buchanan to undertake a survey of all 207 councils in England, Scotland and Wales.
