Cycling and walking charity Sustrans has criticised the Scottish Government’s new transport budget, saying it undermines ministers’ stated ambitions to boost cycling.
The budget published last month cuts the sustainable and active travel budget line from £25m in 2011/12 to £16m in 2012/13.
