Underground car parks are generally dark and dingy places – certainly not somewhere you’d choose to hang out. But, after a £1.5m-plus makeover, everything about this former one in central London is fizzing with energy – from the vibrant orange corporate colour, to the pop music filling the air, to the cheerful greeting from the centre’s manager.
