A fire swept through a Moscow underground car park last month killing 10 people with a further 14 injured and 10 others were rescued. The incident happened in a luxury apartment block under construction. All the victims were construction workers Moscow Police said. Five people sustained injuries and carbon monoxide poisoning, and been hospitalised, with three of them put in intensive care. Ten others were rescued from the blaze.
