Transport for London is placing increased emphasis on finding sites for its cycle hire scheme at or near railway stations.
The docking stations at Waterloo have proved the most popular of the 360 across London, with an average of 5,740 hires/month. Strong demand also being recorded at the other stations where the scheme is in operation – King’s Cross, London Bridge and Liverpool Street.
