Transport secretary Lord Adonis has travelled all over the world to discover what Britain can learn from foreign countries. The carbon he has generated while studying low carbon transport initiatives must have melted his own weight in polar ice, but Adonis will be forgiven if he can put what he has learnt to good use and give Britain a better transport system that also produces much less carbon.
