Cornwall County Council is planning to part-fund the £6m preparation costs of a Highways Agency road scheme in order to maintain the project’s momentum. The A30 Temple to Higher Carblake online dualling scheme across Bodmin Moor is included in the South West’s Regional Funding Allocation priorities but has a start date of 2019.
