Major reductions to transport sector carbon dioxide emissions in London are unlikely anytime in the near future according to a team of consultants and academics.
The VIBAT London study (‘Visioning and backcasting for Transport in London’) was undertaken by consultant Halcrow, Oxford University’s Transport Studies Unit and consultant Space Syntax.
