Notts business urges Kelly to block WPL

Business leaders in Nottingham are mounting a last ditch campaign to try and stop Nottingham City Council’s workplace parking levy.

Plans for the UK’s first parking levy scheme were submitted to the DfT by Nottingham in July. The council plans to implement the scheme from April 2010.
