Transport for London has shortlisted three consortia for the design, build, finance, operate and maintain contract for the Silvertown tunnel in east London.
The shortlisted bidders are:
Cintra Global Ltd
Hochtief PPP Solutions GmbH
Skanska Strabag
The contract will run for 30 years – five years for design and construction of the twin bore tunnel, and 25 years for operation and maintenance.
