Satisfaction with transport 'may be influenced by social grade'

Public satisfaction ratings for local transport services may be influenced more by the social grade of survey respondents than by the quality of the transport system, according to new research. The findings imply that local authorities may have little influence over some of the key influences on user satisfaction.
