Senior appointments at Keolis

Keolis has announced senior appointments to its UK business. Sir Derek Jones succeeds Sir Mike Hodgkinson as chairman. Jones was the Welsh Government’s permanent secretary from 2012 to 2017. Nigel Stephens joins as chief operating officer, moving from Transdev where he was chief executive officer for the UK and Ireland. Richard Graham joins as performance director, moving from Keolis’s Boston operations where he was also performance director. Keolis UK’s chief executive is Alistair Gordon. The company is moving its UK?headquarters from London to Cardiff. Keolis holds a 15-year contract with Amey for the Wales and Borders rail franchise.
