The British Parking Awards 2026 are now open for entries.

Presented by Parking Review magazine, the British Parking Awards recognise excellent car park management, enforcement, design and team work.

The competition encompasses on-street and off-street parking provision, the work of the public and private sector, and now also the emerging world of electric vehicle (EV) charging. The deadline for entries is 6 July.

The winners will revealed at a ceremony which takes place at the Royal Lancaster London on Friday 18 September. The event, organised by Landor LINKS, is regarded as the social highlight of the parking sector’s calendar.

This year the gala ceremony will be hosted by acclaimed comedian Angela Barnes, ably assisted by legendary voice artist Roger Tilling.

The British Parking Awards were created by Mark Moran, editor of Parking Review magazine in 2002 and have been presented annually ever since. “Parking is an all-too-often undervalued and unsung aspect of the transport, urban management, clean air, active travel and safer streets policy arenas,” says Moran.

“Parking is also a vibrant business sector in its own right. Car parks and kerbside management operations keep towns and cities moving by enabling access for shoppers, workers, delivery vehicles and utilities to destinations such as shops, leisure venues, hospitals, rail stations and airports.

“The diversity and energy of the parking sector was evident in the fact that last year over 180 entries were submitted to the competition. This record tally was whittled down to a short(er) list of finalists by a jury of independent-minded experts from the worlds of parking, traffic and transport.”
