The site of a former isle of Man leisure park could be converted into parking for Manx Electric Railway and horse tram passengers.
The land was home to the Summerland complex, which burned down in 1973, causing the death of 50 people.
The lot has been empty since 2005 when the Summerland complex’s replacement was demolished. The land has been on market since 2010.
