Dundee’s Bell Street Hub has officially opened following a multi-million pound refurbishment
Delivered via the SCAPE Scotland framework, extensive refurbishment works have transformed the car park over the past year.
The works form part of a major redevelopment by Dundee City Council, and were made possible through £14.4m in funding from the UK government’s Levelling Up Fund and £1.6m from Transport Scotland’s Active Travel Infrastructure Fund.
