Stagecoach seeks graduates for programme

Stagecoach has launched its search for new graduates to join its two-year extensive graduate training programme from September. Successful applicants will spend time in operations, engineering, the people team, finance, market- ing and commercial depart- ments at a range of locations from Inverness to Exeter, said Stagecoach.

The bus and coach operator is working with graduate recruitment agency Sanctuary Graduates, who work with more than 200 universities in the UK and across Europe. This year, Stagecoach is also widening the scope of disciplines and have introduced an engineering graduate scheme, designed specifically for graduates from an engineering background.

Stagecoach says that many of its senior leadership team started their careers on the graduate scheme, learning about how the business is run.
