Around two-thirds of adults who expressed an interest in buying an electric bike said the upfront cost was putting them off, according to a new research by campaign #BikeIsBest and the University of Westminster's Active Travel Academy. Nearly 20% of respondent said they were considering purchasing an e-bike in the future
