More than 200 NI parking fines to be refunded

Over 200 parking penalties issues to motorists in Londonderry will be refunded by Northern Ireland’s Department for Infrastructure after it emerged restrictions in the city centre were introduced without the usual advisory period.

The problem relates to a parking bay on Water Street that was re-designated as being for use only by coaches.
