An electric bike pilot scheme is being rolled out in five locations across Wales – Rhyl, Swansea, Newtown (with links to Aberystwyth) and Barry – offering free loan of the bikes to residents. The scheme, which has received £1m funding from the Welsh Government, is being run by the walking and cycling charity Sustrans.
