Scrap LTNs, say Greenwich Tories

Conservative councillors on the Royal Borough of Greenwich have called on the council to halt the implementation of low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) residential street closures. The Tories say the council should hold a referendum on each proposal, with implementation requiring a “clear majority of local residents and businesses”.
