The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority is to explore land value capture as a way to part-fund the Cambridgeshire Autonomous Metro (CAM).
The combined authority is working with consultants Deloitte, Jacobs, and Pinsent Mason on a CAM delivery strategy that will be presented to the CA’s board in June.
