Mobility hubs should become a feature of all major new housing developments in Scotland, shared mobility charity CoMoUK has told the Scottish Government. CoMo says the hubs, offering facilities such as electric vehicle charging, bike hire and car clubs, should be a requirement in housing estates containing more than 50 dwellings.
