Oxfordshire County Council is to implement low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) residential street closures in the Cowley area of Oxford. The restrictions will be introduced using experimental traffic regulation orders. Oxfordshire says a preliminary web-based consultation showed majority support for the three LTNs (Church Cowley, Temple Cowley and Florence Park) from both local area respondents and all respondents. Consultant Stantec has helped develop the proposals.
