The Scottish Government should build a new route for a landslip-prone section of the A83 trunk road in the same corridor, Argyll and Bute Council and the regional transport partnership have said.
Transport Scotland launched a consultation in late September on options for a new road to end the disruption caused by landslips at the Rest and Be Thankful beauty spot on the A83 between Arrochar and Cairndow (LTT 02 Oct).
