A spin-off company from the University of Liverpool has secured investment to develop an autonomous vehicle capable of detecting potholes.
Robotiz3d is a joint venture of a2e Industries, the University of Liverpool, and co-founders Lisa Layzell, Paulo Paoletti, and Sebastiono Fichera.
Four years of research has gone into developing the vehicle, which has two patent-pending technologies.
