EPs could deliver unpopular bus lanes

Controversial bus priority measures could become easier to implement using Enhanced Partnership powers, says Hertfordshire County Council. 

Under an EP, the local transport authority and bus operators are legally bound to deliver all commitments agreed by the partnership.
