More aid for Welsh buses

The Welsh Government has announced £84.6m more support for the bus industry to help it through the Covid-19 pandemic. 

The funding covers the period from 1 October to the end of March next year and will enable operators to provide higher levels of service than can be justified by the current depressed levels of patronage. Much of Wales has recently been placed in local restrictions to combat a rise in Covid infection rates.
