Local authorities in Wales look likely to be given more time to submit their next active travel maps to the Welsh Government.
Under the Active Travel (Wales) Act 2013, authorities have to prepare an existing route map (ERM) and an integrated network map (INM), the latter showing 15-year plans to improve the network.
The first ERMs had to be submitted to ministers in January 2016 and were then resubmitted with the first INMs in November 2017.
