Bradford unveils Class C CAZ, next-door to Leeds’ Class B

Bradford Council is consulting on a proposed charging clean air zone (CAZ) covering the inner and central areas and the corridor to Saltaire and Shipley. 

The Class C CAZ would see charges imposed on non-compliant lorries, buses, coaches, minibuses, light goods vehicles, taxis and private hire vehicles.

The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles would be £50 for HGVs, coaches and buses; £12.50 for taxis and private hire vehicles; and £9 for minibuses and light goods...
