Milton Keynes Council is exploring whether demand responsive transport minibuses can deliver a better service to its citizens than tendered bus routes.
From next week the council will reimburse DRT operator ViaVan for carrying English National Concessionary Travel Scheme passengers in the Emerson Valley area of Milton Keynes. The area is also served by an infrequent subsidised route with a long journey time.
