Still no date for completion of Cardiff’s new bus station

The Welsh Government has still not concluded funding negotiations for Cardiff’s long-delayed bus station and does not know when the facility will open.

Construction has yet to begin at the site near Cardiff Central railway station, more than a year after the Welsh Government announced it would take the leasehold on the site and reduce Cardiff Council’s financial exposure by £15m to £20m.
