Wales wants control of rail infrastructure

The Welsh Government will urge the UK Government’s rail review led by Keith Williams to recommend devolving rail infrastructure in Wales, to complement the Wales and Borders franchise, which has already been devolved. Welsh transport minister Ken Skates raised the issue when he met Williams this week.
