A man who kicked a civil enforcement officer (CEO) in the head, knocking out three of his teeth, has been jailed for 20 months. Grant Saville received a penalty charge notice for parking in a disabled bay without displaying a Blue Badge on The Strand in Longton, Staffordshire, on 19 August.
Saville pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court.
