IPCC’s call for urgent CO2 cut ‘uses questionable science’

The Inter-Governmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC’s) call for “rapid and far-reaching changes” to transport to reduce carbon dioxide emissions is based on questionable climate science, says a new report.
