Derbyshire works to revive bus fortunes

Derbyshire County Council is developing a long-term plan for buses following the decision to retain a bus subsidy budget.

Councillors abandoned a plan to scrap the budget altogether in December 2016. Expenditure will, however, be cut by £1m this year (2018/19), from £3.8m to £2.8m.
