A ‘Masterplan’ for modernising and extending Stoke-on-Trent railway station has been unveiled by the city council. A series of potential developments to the station, and the land surrounding it, have been drawn up to cover the next 25 years, with later phases centred on the impact High Speed 2 (HS2) would bring to Stoke-on-Trent.
