West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) and its five constituent highway authorities have agreed a key route network (KRN) of the most important local roads in the conurbation, which will be managed more collaboratively.
The KRN comprises about 400 miles of road – 7% of the network – and carries about 60% of all traffic.
