The City of Cardiff Council and the Welsh Government are to conduct a joint study of options for phase two of the Eastern Bay Link road. Phase one is currently under construction – a 1km road between the Butetown Tunnels and Ocean Roundabout – at a cost of £57m. It is due for completion in 2017.
