Timber trains for Far North Line?

A timber train trial on Scotland’s Far North Line could take place in the next few months. HITRANS, the Highlands and Islands regional transport partnership, is approaching Britain’s five rail freight operators for quotes to transport the timber from the Flow Country on the line north of Inverness.
